Deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland) may incur additional customs duties and import taxes, which are to be borne by the buyer.

If you order several items from us in one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment as a whole.

 

Payment methods 

 

In our online shop we offer you the following payment methods:

• Payment in advance

You will receive an order confirmation with all the data relevant for a transfer and you can transfer the invoice amount to our account. Immediately after receipt of payment on our account, we will ship your order.

• Payment by Sofortüberweisung.de

You can transfer the invoice amount online immediately via our partner Sofortüberweisung.de. You do not need an account with Sofortüberweisung.de, only your PIN and TAN for online banking. Your order is then immediately ready.

• Payment by credit card

Pay conveniently online and securely with your credit card when you place your order. The credit cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can enter your credit card number, expiry date and security number in a secure form in our online shop during the ordering process. The data is transmitted to us with SSL encryption and your order can be processed and shipped immediately. With this payment method, your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.

• Payment via Paypal

With Paypal you can transfer the invoice amount quickly and easily to our Paypal account. PayPal also offers buyer protection. The receipt of your payment will be shown to us immediately by Paypal and your order can be processed immediately.

• Klarna purchase on account

When purchasing on account with Klarna, you always get the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days. For this service we have to charge a fee of 1.95 euros per order. • Cash on delivery (cash on delivery):

You can also pay for your order directly upon delivery to the DHL parcel carrier. We charge a processing fee of 3 euros for this service. Attention: In addition to the shipping costs and the cash on delivery fee, there is a cash payment surcharge of 2 euros, which is collected directly by the DHL parcel carrier (a total of 5 euros fee for a cash on delivery shipment).
